Real Estate Associate: Large Atlanta law firm seeks a full time, partnership track real estate associate with 2-4 years of experience in real estate finance, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, and in reviewing title and survey.  Relocation candidates are welcome.

Associate General Counsel: Large, national, non-bank, non-depository lender seeks an in-house counsel with consumer financial regulatory and/or litigation experience. 10+ years of experience with federal and state laws and regulations as they relate to consumer lending is required. Experience working with the Consumer Financial Protections Bureau is a plus.

Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Associate: Large Atlanta based firm seeks a full time, partnership track mergers & acquisition associate for its general corporate practice. This firm has a strong client base in the technology sector, so many of its transactions are for technology clients. 

​

Tax Associate; AmLaw 200 firm seeks a full time, partnership track senior tax associate or junior partner with at least 8 years of experience in corporate and federal taxation. 

​

Project Finance Associate: AmLaw 200 law firm seeks an Associate with 1-5 years of transactional experience in Energy, Project Finance and Infrastructure. This position is located in New York and prior experience with renewable energy projects is a plus.

Real Estate Associates and Partner: Large law firm seeks real estate associates with 2-6 years of commercial real estate experience in one or more of the following: leasing, finance, development, acquisitions, or dispositions. The position is located in Birmingham, Alabama and relocation candidates are welcome. The firm is also seeking partners with 7 or more years of experience, with borrower side representation being a plus. No portable book of business is required at this time.

Cybersecurity Associate: Large law firm seeks an associate with 2-5 years of cybersecurity, and data privacy experience. Experience drafting privacy policies and dealing with international privacy laws is a plus. This is a transactional position, but candidates with experience in data breach response will be considered. 

 

Mergers and Acquisitions Partner: Large Law firm seeks a partner with 15+ years experience managing mergers, acquisitions and other general corporate transactions. Private equity, venture capital and securities experience are a plus. No portable book of business is required at this time.
